The diet of your inhabitants should be diversified; it will strengthen their health and immunity. If people eat only meat or only vegetables, their immunity will be weaker, which may lead to frequent diseases. An herb doctor collects medicinal herbs in the woods; he will cure mild diseases. And a doctor in an infirmary (Healer's shop) will help to cope with more serious diseases.
